Riverview Community Health Clinic
This community service was established in 1993 to provide health care services to those residents who need primary health care and prenatal care. The Clinic is designed to provide healthcare for individuals aged 1 through 100 (give or take), with or without insurance, and Medicare and Medicaid recipients.

For those who are without insurance and are self pay, you must provide information for a sliding fee scale in order to qualify for a discount.
Payment of Services
Clients with no insurance will be billed for Clinic services according to their level of income. Clients may choose to pay by cash or check.
Clinic Staffing
Each client is seen by a certified Nurse Practitioner who has undergone training in primary health care and is qualified to provide care to both adults and children. The Nurse Practitioner is supervised by a board certified family physician that is on site periodically during office hours to consult with the Nurse Practitioner and see clients with more serious problems.
Mental Health Services
A representative from The Center for Mental Health is onsite during Clinic hours to assist the Nurse Practitioners in evaluating and recognizing mental health issues. Counseling services and more in depth psychiatric needs also are addressed or referred as needed.
Podiatry Services
A local podiatrist is available on a monthly basis to see Riverview Community Health Clinic clients for evaluation and treatment if necessary. Podiatrists, physicians who specialize in the care of the foot, may treat infections of the toenails, foot pain, or bone abnormalities.
Prenatal Services
Riverview Community Health Clinic offers prenatal services in direct connection with area obstetricians. Non high risk clients will be seen at the Clinic until 28 weeks of pregnancy and then transferred to the obstetrician who will deliver the baby.
