Aerobic Step offers a comprehensive workout routine that consists of a warm-up, stretches and exercises designed to elevate your heart rate and keep your heart pumping. This class will keep you moving in a safe and fun manner, while targeting the major muscle groups, including arms and legs. This class is designed for all fitness levels and provides a great change of pace to your normal cardio routine.
