Beach Ball Aquatics is a lively class that contains warm-up exercises followed by water volleyball movements with beach balls. These movements are aimed to increase your heart rate and tone your arms. The time will fly by as you have a ball and make new friends. The class concludes with a cool down and a total body stretch in the water.
