Yoga for Fitness

If you already have experience with yoga and a good level of strength and flexibility, this class can help you take your yoga up a notch. As you focus on linking breathing with movement, you will create flowing, aerobic sequences that strengthen, tone and invigorate the body. Instructors introduce variations of basic yoga poses as well as arm balance and inversions.

  • All classes run in 8-week sessions, unless otherwise noted
  • Registration is required to enroll in any class
  • Join a class with remaining space at the halfway point for 1/2 price (call for details)
  • Single class registration is available (call for details)
