Fraudulent Job Postings and Communication

Healthcare organizations are often a target of false job postings and communication from unofficial, phony accounts. Unfortunately, Riverview Health is not immune to these attempts to breach our security and steal personal information from potential job applicants.

Here’s how you can spot false job postings and communications to keep yourself safe:

  • ALL email communication from Human Resources and staff members at Riverview Health will come from email addresses that end in @riverview.org.
  • Riverview Health does not use smartphone apps, such as Wire, to communicate with applicants. The primary methods of communication from Riverview Health are via email (@riverview.org) or phone call.
  • Any position posted on third-party websites, such as Indeed.com, CareerBuilder.com, LinkedIn.com, etc., will direct the applicant to the Riverview Health Careers site at jobs.riverview.org.
  • If you are asked to submit personal information to an “Apply Now” link that does not lead to a job posting on riverview.jobs.net, that link is not from Riverview Health.

If you are suspicious of a job posting or person who is communicating with you about a job at Riverview Health, please email info@riverview.org with as much detail as you can provide so we can investigate or verify the activity.
