WorkMed Occupational Health

Our Services

Occupational Health Services

The medical staff of WorkMed Occupational Health provides comprehensive occupational health services.

At WorkMed Occupational Health, we provide immediate care for those who have been injured on the job and need prompt medical attention. We also provide physical exams, diagnostic services and testing, substance abuse testing, and physical and occupational rehabilitation.

Certified nurse practitioners, under the direction of a primary care physician, provide expert care for emergent issues, such as sprains, strains, repetitive injuries, fractures, lacerations, foreign bodies in the eye and other work-related, non-life threatening medical concerns.

A variety of physical exams is offered, including DOT/CDL, return-to-duty, periodic and post-offer, public employee retirement fund (PERF) and more.

We also provide a full range of substance abuse testing, including DOT-compliant drug screens, non-DOT drug screens, breath alcohol testing and eScreen urine drug screens.

Other diagnostic services include audio screens, blood testing and lab services, electrocardiograms, spirometry, respiratory fit testing and vision screenings.

We’re focused on getting employees back to maximum productivity while minimizing worker’s compensation and healthcare costs. We’re here to provide comprehensive care in a convenient location.
