Our Culture

Additional Information

We’re smaller than most of the other area healthcare organizations, and our culture reflects that. We offer the same advanced technology and experienced physicians and staff as our competitors, but we’re able to do it without the red tape. Our administrative offices are located here on our main campus in Noblesville, and our physician leadership team is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations. We work closely with physicians to accommodate their requests in terms of flexible scheduling and other office operations so that they can practice medicine in their own way.

Community

At Riverview Health, our patients are our neighbors. In addition to taking care of them in the office, we see them in line at the grocery store and at our kids’ schools. Most of us live in or near this area. This certainly strengthens our commitment to the care we provide, while also binding us together in our mission to improve and preserve the health and well-being of those we serve.

Technology

Riverview Health is committed to investing in the newest technology in all aspects of our organization. Our hybrid cardiac catheterization lab/OR suite, updated in 2015, is second to none. In 2017, we implemented Epic, the leading electronic health record system. We also have new state-of-the-art MRI machines for both hospitals that have significantly reduced exam scan times and provided better experiences for patients. Our 3D mammography equipment is the latest model, providing a more comfortable experience for women with more accurate results.

Growth

While Riverview Health has a rich history in Hamilton County as the first hospital built here more than 100 years ago, the organization is also poised and ready for the future. In addition to Riverview Health Westfield Hospital opening in 2018, Riverview Health recently opened three free-standing ER/urgent care centers. As our physician practices and service lines continue to grow, we are adding new positions on a regular basis.
