“I’m very much a people person, so I love to interact with patients and hope to help them in any way I can.

I am a patient access specialist at Riverview Health Westfield Hospital and have been here for five years. My mother-in-law is a volunteer, and she is the one that helped me with getting my job here. We have a great staff here at Westfield in my department and in all the other departments, making it easy to come to work every day!

I love sports and have just recently started to try my hand at pickleball which has been fun. I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and two little grandkids. Anytime I’m with them, I’m having a good day!” -Cheri, patient access specialist
