Aquatic Aerobics

Aquatic Aerobics

Taught by qualified instructors, this class uses water resistance to give you an effective low-impact aerobic workout. Aquatic Aerobics is a great way to burn calories without putting pressure on your feet, knees or hips, and can be an excellent rehabilitation tool when recovering from illness or as part of a wellness or fitness program.

To maintain social distancing and facility capacity limits, you will not be allowed to enter the building more than 15 minutes prior to the start time of the class.

Sessions

Carmel Location

  • May 25–July 2, 2021: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30-10:10 a.m.
  • May 25–July 2, 2021: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:45-11:25 a.m.

Noblesville Location

  • May 24–July 1, 2021: Monday and Thursday from 9:30-10:10 a.m.
  • May 24–July 1, 2021: Monday and Thursday from 10:45-11:25 a.m.
