Taught by qualified instructors, this class uses water resistance to give you an effective low-impact aerobic workout. Aquatic Aerobics is a great way to burn calories without putting pressure on your feet, knees or hips, and can be an excellent rehabilitation tool when recovering from illness or as part of a wellness or fitness program.
