Aquatic Aerobics

Aquatic Aerobics

Taught by qualified instructors, this class uses water resistance to give you an effective low-impact aerobic workout. Aquatic Aerobics is a great way to burn calories without putting pressure on your feet, knees or hips, and can be an excellent rehabilitation tool when recovering from illness or as part of a wellness or fitness program.

To monitor class capacities, please be sure to preregister in advance for classes and check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Noblesville Location

  • Wednesdays @ 11:00am, 12:15pm and 5:10pm
