Water Walking

Keep those gym shoes in the closet and join us for a special hour of low impact exercise geared for people of all ages and fitness levels. Easy on the joints, water walking provides an aerobic workout while helping improve balance and strengthen muscles. The different depths of the pool provide a progressive challenge for each workout. Pool shoes are recommended.

  • All classes run in 8-week sessions, unless otherwise noted
  • Registration is required to enroll in any class
  • Join a class with remaining space at the halfway point for 1/2 price (call for details)
  • Single class registration is available (call for details)
