This class is an introduction to the flowing sequence of yoga poses and breathing patterns that are pivotal to improving your musculoskeletal alignment and harmony. Modified poses will be demonstrated to suit your level of skill and flexibility. Basic requirements for the class being able to support your upper body through your wrist and shoulders as well as being able to go from a kneeling to standing position.
To maintain social distancing and facility capacity limits, you will not be allowed to enter the building prior to the listed time.
