This class is broken up into several segments including a warm-up followed by a heart-pumping 20 to 25 minutes of cardio. We'll also focus on balance, toning and stretching exercises to build your core by strengthening your abdominal muscles and lower back. This class is the perfect way to fortify the muscles of the core and get in a total body workout.
