What’s Coming Next: Key Dates and Transition Highlights

 

February 4, 2026: MyChart Scheduling will be shut down for providers in the current Riverview system. 
  • Open scheduling links will not be available.
  • Call the below number for appointment scheduling.

    Noblesville location: 317-776-3456
    Westfield location: 317-214-5430

February 7, 2026: You will receive an email and text with instructions to login to your new EHR system.
  • Open scheduling links will not be available. You still need to call to book an appointment.
  • The old EHR system will still be active to view past appointments and health records. 
February 21, 2026: MyChart scheduling will be activated on the new EHR System.
  • Open scheduling links will be available for scheduling future appointments.
  • You can message your provider in the new EHR system.
  • The old EHR system will be in read-only mode.

Frequently asked questions

Appointments continue as scheduled. During the implementation period, open scheduling links will not be available. You can call and book appointments at our Noblesville and Westfield health center locations. 

No action is required before go‑live. After go‑live, patients can activate MyChart and verify details in the new EHR system. They will receive email and text with instructions to login to the new system. 

Epic employs robust security controls. Patients health information remains protected and confidential.
