NOBLESVILLE, IN — Megan Wiles, Vice President of Foundation & Community Affairs at Riverview Health, received the fourth annual Women in Noblesville (WIN) Woman of Impact Award on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. The WIN Network and the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce established the Woman of Impact Award to celebrate the extraordinary excellence of women contributing to the Noblesville Community. Nominations for this award are reserved for women who live or work in Noblesville who make a positive impact in the community through stewardship, service, leadership and compassion for others.

We're incredibly proud of Megan and the work she does every day to make Noblesville a stronger and healthier community,” said Dave Hyatt, President & CEO of Riverview Health. “The work Megan does not only improves the lives of our patients and team members at Riverview Health, but her civic leadership truly helps shape the future of Noblesville. We can’t think of anyone more deserving of this award than Megan.”

As a proud graduate of Noblesville High School and Ball State University, Wiles is a member of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy Class of 2000, where she recently served as Dean of the Class of 2025. Wiles continues to give back to her community as a member of the Conner Prairie Board of Directors, Patron member of Conner Prairie Alliance (the women’s group that operates the Apple Store at Conner Prairie), an active participant at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, and is in her third term on the Noblesville Common Council, where she represents District 6, a large portion of the east side of Noblesville.

“I am honored to receive this award. I love being a part of the Noblesville community and am passionate about helping where I can in making a difference,” said Wiles. “Noblesville and Hamilton County is such a wonderful place to live, work and call home.  I’m fortunate to be involved with just a few of the many organizations that contribute to providing a wonderful quality of life for all.”
