We often don’t appreciate how much we use our arms—until they aren’t working correctly. Upper extremity issues can cause everyday tasks to become a struggle—whether it’s typing an email or simply trying to get dressed in the morning. At Riverview Health, our fellowship-trained upper extremity specialists are experienced in treating conditions affecting everything from your fingertips to your shoulders, so you can go on living.

Our team is equipped to diagnose and treat a variety of upper extremity issues through nonsurgical or surgical approaches. During your visit, our specialists will determine the most effective treatment options to help you regain mobility and decrease pain as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you require surgery, our clinicians will be with you each step of the way—from preparing you for what to expect before surgery, to overseeing your post-operative care and physical therapy.
