Imaging screenings are non-invasive or minimally invasive diagnostic tests that utilize various technologies to visualize the internal structures of the body.

The body composition scan is a simple low-dose X-ray that allows us to evaluate muscle, fat and bone composition in the body. To be eligible, men must be older than 35, and women must be older than 40. You must weigh 345 lbs or less. Patients must have a primary care physician to whom the heart scan results can be sent. Patients must disclose if they are under the care of a cardiologist. This test is not recommended for patients with stents or previous heart surgery. We do not bill medical insurances for specially priced heart scans.
