At Riverview Health Rehab & Fitness, we make exercising easy by providing you with cutting-edge fitness equipment and expert personal trainers. We are experienced in working with clients who have pre-existing conditions, those who may need a jump-start back into their exercise routine or those who have never worked out before. Our fitness staff members hold degrees that make them experts at educating you on proper exercise principles and helping you on your journey toward a healthier lifestyle. A complete fitness assessment and individualized exercise program are provided to all fitness members.
We offer a variety of memberships, such as: gym-only, class-only, as well as a membership that includes access to the gym and one-on-one fitness services with our qualified and certified fitness staff. Our memberships do not require a long-term contract. Membership discounts are available, and some of our fitness services are covered by your healthcare insurance. If you're not ready for a membership, you can sign up for individual fitness classes like aqua aerobics, mat Pilates and yoga. At our fitness centers, you’ll find high-quality strength and cardiovascular training equipment, along with free weights, therapy bands, exercise balls and more.

Please note, services may vary by location. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy for a variety of conditions, including:
Aquatic therapy is offered in our 90-degree pool for everyone from infants to seniors. Our modern facility offers a chair lift for easy transfer in and out of the pool to those who require assistance. If you've worked with a therapist and finished your sessions, you may continue with aquatic therapy on your own for $5 per visit.
We’re also proud to offer ImPACT concussion testing for student-athletes at both Riverview Health Rehab & Fitness locations. This FDA-approved test provides athletes with a baseline of their neurocognitive abilities prior to the start of their athletic season. This baseline is then used as a comparison if the athlete has a future head injury. These results help our physicians determine when it’s safe for the athlete to return to competition. ImPACT testing is available for school-aged children to provide physicians additional information to safely manage concussions. Pediatric testing of patients age 5 to11 is also offered.
The Riverview Health sports conditioning program educates and instructs participants on foundational skills and sport-specific conditioning. This program is great for student-athletes of all ages and abilities. Sessions can be one-on-one or in a group setting and are instructed by our degreed fitness staff. The program focuses on principled lifting techniques, injury prevention, as well as improving upper and lower body power, agility and coordination.
A BOD POD is a computerized, egg-shaped machine that measures your total weight, body fat percentage and fat-free mass while you sit inside it. It also measures thoracic gas volume, resting metabolic rate and total energy expenditure to find your daily estimated calorie need. This painless, three-minute test gives you precise measurements that our fitness staff will explain and help you develop the best plan to reach your goals.
