Lisa Mickelson, NP

Family nurse practitioner Lisa Mickelson is dedicated to helping patients of all ages with a wide variety of issues and concerns. Her approach to care is to prioritize patient education, ensuring her patients understand their care plan and feel empowered on their journey back to better health.

Originally from Chicago, Mickelson has had the opportunity to travel the world and live abroad in Germany and China. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in an adult cardiovascular ICU and was a school nurse for grades K-12. Mickelson received her education specializing in family nurse practitioner studies from Indiana University Indianapolis, formerly IUPUI.
