The Riverview Health self-service password reset (SSPR) solution provides you a secure way to reset your password without Help Desk assistance. All @riverview.org users are enrolled in SSPR when they enroll in the Riverview Health multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution.
Requirements for SSPR
To use self-service password reset (SSPR), you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a @riverview.org account (username and password)
- Enrolled two or more authentication methods when enrolling in the Riverview Health multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution
Change Password
If you know your password and want to change it, use Change Password.
Change Password Instructions (click to open)
- Visit https://s.riverview.org/changepassword
- Enter your @riverview.org Riverview Health username
- Select Work or school account
- Enter your current Riverview Health password
- Enter your old password
- Create a new password
- Confirm your new password
Password Reset
If are locked out and need to use self-service password reset (SSPR) to reset your password, use Password Reset to get back into your account.

- Visit https://s.riverview.org/passwordreset
- Enter your @riverview.org Riverview Health username
- Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio
- Select your first verification method (e.g. Approve a notification on my authenticator app)
- Select your second verification method (e.g. Email my alternate email)
- Enter your new password
