Mastopexy Augmentation

This is a 40-year-old female who came to our office with concerns regarding the deflated appearance of her breasts.  Following her multiple pregnancies, this patient noted a loss of fullness and density to her breasts.  She also did not like her nipple placement bilaterally.

Given her desire for increased upper pole projection, a mastopexy with concurrent breast augmentation was performed.  Natrelle Soft Touch 310cc silicone implants were placed in the subpectoral space during the procedure.

This patient is 1 month out from surgery and is very pleased with her results.  With time, we expect that her incisions will continue to soften/lighten.
