Breast Lift/Mastopexy
This is a 31-year-old female who came to our office to discuss the possibility of a breast lift/mastopexy. She was a 38DDD and was happy with the size of her breasts in a bra. She was unhappy with how her breasts sat and wanted them to be more perky. She also desired more upper pole fullness and for her nipples to be appropriately positioned on her chest wall. We helped address her concerns through a bilateral mastopexy with auto-augmentation.
