What is Riverview Health Texting?

Riverview Health Texting is a program that lets you opt-in to receive text message notifications from Riverview Health. To subscribe to marketing updates such as event information and wellness tips, complete our online form.

Is it free?

Messages and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.

Who is Eligible?

You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to use the Riverview Health Texting program. No one under age 18 may engage in texting with Riverview Health under any circumstances. By signing up to participate in the Riverview Health Texting program, you are representing and warranting to Riverview Health that you are at least 18 years of age.

How many messages should I expect to receive?

Messages are recurring, and the frequency of those messages may vary.

What if I don't want to receive any further notification messages?

Text STOP to 317.776.7902 to cancel the Riverview Health texting service. After doing so, you may receive an opt-out confirmation, and then will no longer receive any texts from Riverview Health.

What if I want more info?

Text HELP to 317.776.7902 for more information, or contact Riverview Health at 317.773.0760.

Participating Carriers include Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile / Metro PCS, AT&T, Sprint / Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Interop, nTelos, C-Spire (Cellular South), Carolina West Wireless, Cellcom, ClearSky, Google Fi. Carrier Liability
Carriers do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
