Riverview Health employees may access internal resources from external locations and devices. Permission to access resources remotely must be pre-arranged by your manager and the Information Systems department.

Accessing Desktops and Applications Remotely

Employees who require remote access to a desktop or applications may use the VMware Horizon View environment via https://desktops.riverview.org. Users should follow the on-screen prompts in order to connect via VMware Horizon View.
To access desktops remotely on a mobile device such as an Android or iPad, visit your device’s app store to download a version of the VMware Horizon View Client specific to your device. Desktop and laptop computers may visit https://www.vmware.com/go/viewclients to download the VMware Horizon View Client. This one-time download will be necessary in order to access Riverview Health remote applications on your device.
