Aquatic Aerobics

Aquatic Aerobics

Taught by qualified instructors, this class uses water resistance to give you an effective low-impact aerobic workout. Aquatic Aerobics is a great way to burn calories without putting pressure on your feet, knees or hips, and can be an excellent rehabilitation tool when recovering from illness or as part of a wellness or fitness program.

To maintain social distancing and facility capacity limits, you will not be allowed to enter the building more than 15 minutes prior to the start time of the class.

  • Wednesdays @ 9am and 10:15am                                                          
  • Thursdays @ 9:15am and 10:30am                                               
  • Friday @ 8am, 9:15am and 10:30am

Noblesville Location

  • Mondays @ 9am, 10:15am and 11:30am                                     
  • Wednesdays @ 9am, 11am and 12:15pm                                                  
  • Thursdays @ 9am & 10:15am
